Auctioneer Roland Gaudet & Paul Felsberg got the members to pay top dollar for auction plants donated by Lone Star, Space City and Conrad-Sunrise Chapters. 

Harry Goulding Grafting Award:  Presented to Randy & Annelle Cox on Friday by Chairman Eddie Griffith.  Last year's winners, Nola & Carlos Reynolds, had not yet arrived and the Coxes could not attend the Awards Banquet.

Norman Reasoner Award for the Chapter having the most Amateur Exhibitors, Presented by Zelma Neef:  A tie between the New Orleans Chapter and the Gulf Coast Chapter.  Bobby Dupont, Fr. Gerlich & Wally Neef accepting.

A. B. Morrison Award for the hybridizer with the most Best of Show Seedlings in 2006:  Presented by Gayle Morrison to Nola & Carlos Reynolds. 

The Beverly and Norman Brubaker Award for Judges' Favorite Bloom for 2006:  Presented by Lila Mulholland to Nola and Carlos Reynolds for Dancing Fire.
