Cut the rootstock at an angle to expose the green cambium tissue.

Insert the scion of the variety you are propagating.

The plastic bag acts as a greenhouse to maintain humidity and to protect the graft. Leave the bag for two weeks. Do not put in full sun or it will "cook" it.
